There’s nothing more exciting than taking our Initiative on the road to engage with the largest and most passionate alumnae network in the world! That’s why we’ve created Evenings of Excellence where we bring together alumnae with our coaches and student-athletes to hear about the latest trends in women’s athletics, and specifically, what Penn State is doing to remain at the forefront of support for our women’s teams.

The PowHER of Community

Through Teammates For Life, we’ve built a far-reaching and supportive community to propel our student-athletes to new heights, fostering lasting relationships and paving their way for professional success.

Our PowHER Hour and PowHER Panel events, hosted several times throughout the year at Penn State’s University Park campus, bring together alumnae professionals to mix and mingle with student-athletes where they share stories of unique professional journeys, offer guidance, and provide networking advice. By leveraging the strength of Penn State’s vast alumnae community, we are ensuring that our student-athletes have a strong support system to help navigate their careers beyond their time on campus.
